This is a complex informational site, enhanced with online registration, Web2.0 Community Tools, and several different graphical enhancements.
Wolverine Transport (under construction)
This is a basic information site, enhanced with some Flash effects and some php functions in conjunction with JavaScript to help make the contact forms more functional.
Down the Line Magazine
This site was built totally in WordPress, mixing two different themes to achieve the desired effect.
EduGeek Journal
This is a site that I designed as a blog for myself and other EdTech colleagues. It was built using WordPress and a theme that was customized with a header and other modifications.
University of Texas at Brownsville School of Education
This is a site that I designed for the School of Education at UTB. It is based on a custom template system that allows the school to add news pages in the future. This site uses Flash, XML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL. It also uses RSS 2.0 syndication.
HEALTH EDCO Curriculum Student Site
This website is designed for 7th and 8th grade students. It is based on a “spy” theme in an effort to make health education more fun and interactive. This website is built using Flash, ActionScript, XML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL. Most of the functions are locked behind the password.
Mercy Place
This website is for a church that wanted to use online tools to increase online communications. The front page is primarily Flash that uses some PHP and MySQL. The second part of the site, mpConnect, uses Moodle to create an online connection point for church members.
U Monthly Online
This website design was based on ideas from the staff of U Monthly. They wanted to create an interactive forum for community promotion. They also wanted to increase revenue for the magazine through online advertising, subscriptions, and other methods. This site was designed in Flash, PHP, MySQL, and CSS.
Monsoon River Designs
This is the website for my design company. For this site I basically got to design whatever I wanted to, and try to be original as possible. There’s not much to this site, but it is designed using Flash, PHP, and CSS. It was also designed to meet XHML transitional standards.
